2tbsp clear honey
50g unsalted butter
150g cornflakes
Sprinkles
Small paper cases
[Steps]
Preheat oven 150degC.
In a saucepan, melt butter and honey over gentle heat, until the mixture is frothy.
Add slightly crushed cornflakes into the honey butter mixture and stir to coat the cornflakes evenly.
Spoon cornflakes into individual mini baking cases and top with coloured sprinkles. Bake for 10mins, or until the cornflakes turned a darker shade of golden. The baking will help the individual flakes stick together to form a 'cookie'.
Transfer the cornflakes to a wire rack to cool completely. The cornflakes will stick together upon cooling.
Once cooled, store them in an airtight container.
