1 box of Betty Crockers fudge brownie mix
100g compound dark chocolate
Sprinkles
[Steps]
Prepare brownies as instructed on packaging.
Pour batter into a greased and paper-lined rectangular baking pan. Bake as instructed.
When brownie is done, remove from pan and allow to cool completley on cooling rack.
Cut chocolate into small pieces if it is in a bar form and microwave for 20secs, and stir well till chocolate has completely melted.
Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag and snip a small corner off. Pipe a perimeter around the edges of the brownies, followed by the centre.
Smooth the chocolate out using a spatula or knife and top with sprinkles. Allow chocolate to set.
Cut into squares and place on paper cases. Serve warm or chilled.
