[Ingredients]
1 box (18.25oz) strawberry cake mix
1tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable/canola oil
1/2tsp vanilla essence
1 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
[Steps]
Preheat oven 175degC. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix cake mix with baking powder. Set aside.
Whisk eggs, oil and vanilla essence by hand. Add to cake mixture and form a dough, stirring vigorously. Gently mix in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Drop rounded balls of dough, abt 2.5tbsp each onto prepared baking tray. Stick a few chips on the cookie balls. The balls of dough have to be taller than they are wide.
Bake for 10mins - they will be very soft but will start to settle down as they cools. Allow to cool on rack completely.
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
