[Ingredients]
100g butter
50g brown sugar
40g sugar
30g egg
75g cake flour
75g bread flour
1/8tsp baking powder
1/4tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
90-100g oatmeal
M&M’s chocolate
[Steps]
Place both flours, both sugars, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a food processor, blend well.
Cut butter into cubes and add in. Blend well until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Beat egg and add in, blend well.
When mixture starts to form into a rough dough, add in oatmeal and blend well.
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop batter up and place on a parchment paper lined baking tray, spacing them wide apart.
Gently flatten each scoop and place m&m’s over. Bake in a preheated oven of 170-180degC for 15-20mins.
