[Ingredients]
240g graham flour
1tsp baking soda
3/4tsp fine sea salt
4tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
125ml melted unrefined coconut oil
5 - 6 drops vanilla essence
125ml unsweetened light coconut milk
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
[Steps]
Preheat oven 175degC. Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
Whisk dry ingredients - except cranberries - together.
Combine wet ingredients together in another bowl. Gradually add into dry ingredients, combine well to form a dough.
Add in cranberries and chocolate chips, and knead until well combined. Divide into 12 portions and flatten them slightly.
Bake or 12 - 14mins and transfer to wire rack and let cool completely.
