[Ingredients]

  • Mini vanilla wafer cookies (bun)

  • Red royal icing (ketchup)

  • Yellow royal icing (mustard)

  • Hershey's kisses (patty)

  • Dessicated coconut (lettuce)

  • Green food colouring (lettuce)

  • Sesame seeds

  • Corn syrup

[Steps]

  1. Place the coconut in a ziplock bag and add in a few drops of green food colouring. Shake well. This is your lettuce.

  2. Using a sharp knife, slice off the pointy top of the kisses.

  3. Biscuit A: squeeze "mustard" on flat side of biscuit and put "patty" over. Biscuit B: using a small brush, apply some corn syrup on round side of biscuit and sprinkle sesame seeds over. On the flat side, squeeze "ketchup" and sprinkle "lettuce" over.

  4. Place the two biscuits together to form your burger cookie. When the icing dries, it will hold everything in place.
