Sesame Bun

[Ingredients]
160g bread flour
2g instant yeast
16g sugar
105ml water
2g salt
20g softened butter
Milk for glazing
Sesame seeds for sprinkling
[Steps]
Place flour in a large mixing bowl, add in sugar and yeast.
Using a spatula, stir till mixture is well mixed.
Add in the water and mix until a dough is formed.
Place dough onto worktop. Knead butter into dough.
Knead dough for 10mins or until dough becomes smooth.
Place dough in a large mixing bowl and cover with cling film. Let proof for 40mins at room temp or in a preheated oven of 30-35degC, until dough doubled in size.
Remove the dough from the bowl and give a few light kneading to press out the gas in the dough. Divide the dough into portions.
Roll each dough into smooth rounds, cover with cling film and leave to proof for 10-15mins.
Roll the dough again. Place dough on a baking tray and let proof in a preheated oven of 30-35degC for 40-45mins, until dough doubled in size.
Preheat oven 180-190degC.
Glaze dough with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds over. Bake for 17-20mins or until browned.
