Parmesan Breadsticks

[Ingredients]
200g bread flour
15g sugar
3g instant yeast
3g salt
20ml olive oil
120-125ml water
Grated parmesan cheese
Egg for glazing
[Steps]
Place flour and yeast in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour oil and water into the center of the bowl and mix until a soft dough is form.
Place dough onto worktop and knead for about 10 times until dough is smooth.
Place it back into the bowl and shape it into a ball. Let proof at room temp for 40mins until doubled in size.
Gently press the dough to allow gas to escape. Shape it back into a ball, cover with cling film and let proof for another 15mins.
Roll dough out into a rectangle/square to a thickness of 1cm. Then cut dough into stripes of width 1cm.
Roll each strip so that it becomes longer and thinner, as long as it can fit into the baking tray.
Place the dough strips on the baking tray and glaze with egg. Sprinkle parmesan over.
Bake in preheated oven of 190-200degC for 12-15mins.
