[Ingredients]
200g bread flour
3g instant yeast
25g sugar
2g salt
135ml milk
25g butter
Egg wash
Sugar sprinkles
[Steps]
Place flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Add in milk and mix well.
Place dough on worktop and knead in butter, knead until a smooth dough is form.
Shape dough into a ball and place in a large mixing bowl. Cover with cling film and let proof for 40mins.
Gently knead dough to allow air to escape. Divide into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a ball.
Cover with cling film and let proof for 15mins.
Flatten each dough and roll it up. Shape it into the shape of a rugby.
Place dough on a baking tray and let proof for 40mins.
Preheat oven 190degC. Glaze dough with egg and make slits as shown using a pair of scissors.
Sprinkle sprinkles over and bake for 15mins until golden brown.
