Matcha Red Bean Bun

[Ingredients]
200g bread flour
6g matcha powder
35g sugar
3g instant yeast
2g salt
30g softened butter
Half egg
1tbsp milk
110-115g water
100-150g red bean paste
[Steps]
Place flour, matcha, salt, sugar and yeast in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Mix in milk and egg until a soft dough is formed.
Place dough on worktop and knead in butter, about 10mins until a smooth dough is form.
Roll dough into a ball and place it in a large mixing bowl. Cover with cling film and let proof for 40mins.
Gently knead to allow gas to escape. Divide into 8 portions and shape back into a ball, cover with cling film and let proof for 15mins.
Wrap red bean into dough and place rolls in muffin tin or baking tray and let proof for 40mins.
Bake in a preheated oven of 190degC for 15-18mins.
