[Ingredients]
6tbsp water
2tsp powdered gelatin
115g caster sugar
250ml orange juice
500ml yogurt
[Steps]
Place 2tbsp of water in a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over. Set aside until spongy.
Place sugar and remaining water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Heat over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat, stir in gelatin. Allow to cool and stir in orange juice. Chill for 15 to 30mins.
Place yogurt in a bowl. Mix in chilled juice and syrup.
Pour mixture into a container. Freeze for 6hrs until firm, beat once or twice using a fork, electric mixer or food processor to break up ice crystals.
