[Ingredients]
3/4 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut cream
Juice of half lime
1lb peeled clementine tangerines
12oz fresh raspberries
[Steps]
Blend all the ingredients together into a puree, about 1 to 2mins.
Strain mixture to remove raspberry seeds. Pour mixture into moulds.
Place a piece of aluminium foil over and insert sticks in the center of each mould.
Freeze for at least 5hrs or overnight.
To release popsicles, place the outside of the mould in hot water for a few secs and pull them out.
