Berry Yogurt Popsicles


[Pink]

  • 3/4 cup raspberries

  • 3/4 cup strawberries

  • 6oz fat free strawberry yogurt

  • 1 cup crushed ice

[White]

  • 14oz fat free vanilla yogurt

  • 2tbsp agave or sugar

  • 1 cup crushed ice

[Purple]

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup blackberries

  • 6oz fat free blueberry yogurt

  • 1 cup crushed ice

[Steps]

  1. Blend each set of ingredients separately using a blender, set aside.

  2. Pour pink layer into popsicle mould till 1/3, freeze for 30mins.

  3. Remove mould from freezer, insert sticks, freeze for 1hr.

  4. Add white layer in and freeze 1hr, followed by purple layer and freeze until ready to eat.
