[Ingredients]
1/2 cup whipping cream
1.5 cups milk
3tbsp instant coffee
2tbsp sugar
1/2tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of sea salt
2oz Baileys Irish Cream
[Steps]
Bring all ingredients except Baileys, to a simmer in a saucepan.
Transfer to a container and chill for about 1hr.
Remove from fridge and mix in Baileys.
Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
