Baileys Popsicles

[Ingredients]

• 1/2 cup whipping cream

• 1.5 cups milk

• 3tbsp instant coffee

• 2tbsp sugar

• 1/2tsp vanilla essence

• Pinch of sea salt

• 2oz Baileys Irish Cream

[Steps]

1. Bring all ingredients except Baileys, to a simmer in a saucepan.

2. Transfer to a container and chill for about 1hr.

3. Remove from fridge and mix in Baileys.

4. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
