[Ingredients]
300g natural yogurt
150g kiwi
15g sugar
15ml water
[Steps]
Place water and sugar in a saucepan and cook till the sugar dissolves.
Blend sugar syrup, kiwi and yogurt together.
Place mixture in a rectangular container and freeze.
When it’s half frozen, remove from freezer and beat (scrape) using a fork to break up ice crystals. Return back to freezer to freeze, then bring it out and beat. Repeat for another 2 times.
