Kiwi Yogurt Sherbet


[Ingredients]

  • 300g natural yogurt

  • 150g kiwi

  • 15g sugar

  • 15ml water

[Steps]

  1. Place water and sugar in a saucepan and cook till the sugar dissolves.

  2. Blend sugar syrup, kiwi and yogurt together.

  3. Place mixture in a rectangular container and freeze.

  4. When it’s half frozen, remove from freezer and beat (scrape) using a fork to break up ice crystals. Return back to freezer to freeze, then bring it out and beat. Repeat for another 2 times.
