Korean Egg Rolls

[Ingredients]

  • 3 eggs

  • 1tbsp milk

  • 1tbsp finely chopped carrot

  • 1tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 1tbsp finely chopped spring onion (green parts only)

  • Salt and pepper

  • Cooking oil - for greasing

[Steps]

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and mix in milk, then sieve mixture.

  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Heat up a non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil. Pour half the mixture into the pan and cook over low heat.

  4. When egg is half cook, roll up the egg and push it to the end nearest to you. Pour in 1/2 of remaining egg mixture.

  5. When egg is half cook, with the existing egg roll, continue to roll the egg and push it to the end nearest to you. Pour in remaining egg mixture and repeat the process.

  6. Transfer egg to cutting board and let cool. Slice into serving slices.
