[Ingredients]
2 eggs
3 slices of white bread
2tbsp of sugar
Cooking oil - for greasing
Maple syrup - for serving
[Steps]
Crack eggs into a small bowl. Add in sugar and mix well. Transfer mixture into a deep dish.
Heat a large non-stick pan and lightly grease with oil.
Coat bread with eggs on both sides and place it in the center of the pan. Flip over when the under-side has turned brown. Cook till both sides are browned.
Repeat cooking process. Stack them on a plate and serve with maple syrup.
