Eggs and Soldiers

[Ingredients]

  • 2 room temp eggs

  • 2 slices of white bread

  • Pinch of salt

  • Butter

[Steps]

  1. Boil a pan of water with a pinch of salt.

  2. Gently lower the eggs into the pan using a spoon to avoid cracking the shell.

  3. Cook eggs over medium heat for 5-7mins.

  4. Meanwhile, butter and toast bread, then cut them into 3-4 pieces per slice.

  5. When eggs are done, remove them from pan using a slotted spoon and place them on egg cups.

  6. Gently tap the top of the egg using a spoon and remove the shell.

  7. Dip 'soldiers' into your egg and enjoy!
