[Virtual Travel] Sydney Day 8

9:30am: Breakfast at Sample Coffee

It’s down to the last day at Sydney! After check-out, store luggage at hotel, then head to Sample Coffee for breakfast that is just nearby. “Sample Coffee” as its name suggest, they offer a selection of beans on rotation.

11am: Art Gallery of New South Wales

The AGNSW started in 1872 and is the most important public gallery in Sydney and one of the largest in Australia. In 1871, a meeting was held to establish an art academy for the purpose of promoting fine arts through lectures, art classes and regular exhibitions.

1pm: Lunch at Bills

Bills serve probably one of the best scrambled eggs in the world. The cafe chain owned by Bills Granger, who was an art student turned self-taught cook and restaurateur, and now author and media personality, is one of Australia’s best known chef. No trip to Sydney is complete without a meal at Bills. Other than the legendary eggs, give their ricotta pancakes and corn fritters a try too!

2pm: Back to Hotel, Depart to Airport

After lunch, back to the hotel to grab the luggage and depart for the airport. Return flight at 5pm.
