8:30am: Breakfast at Paramount Coffee Project
Paramount Coffee Project is located on the ground floor of Paramount House Hotel. It has a nice semi-industrial style design, similar to the vibe that the hotel is going for.
10am: Wild Life Sydney Zoo + lunch
Formerly as “Sydney Wildlife World” and opened in 2006, located along the beautiful harbour. The upper level exhibits are open-air, enclosed only by a large stainless steel mesh roof structure. The zoo is divided into 10 zones and guests get to enjoy experiences like cuddling koalas and getting up-close with crocodiles.
4:30pm: i-Creamy
Popped by i-Creamy for a pretty rose-shaped gelato, they offer 24 options daily with 96 flavours on rotation!
5pm: Darling Quarter, Darling Harbour, dinner
Darling Quarter is a precinct of Darling Harbour, a major rejuvenation project aimed at urban development in the south-eastern part of Darling Harbour. The harbour was originally named as Long Cove, and then Cockle Bay till 1826 when Governor Ralph Darling named the area after him, Darling Harbour. Many attractions are located along the harbour such as Paddy’s Market, museums and Madame Tussauds.
