[Ingredients]
155g plain flour
2tbsp sugar
8g baking powder
4g baking soda
Pinch of salt
250ml milk
1 large egg
30g melted unsalted butter
1/4tsp vanilla essence
Canola oil for greasing
2 sliced bananas
Maple syrup for serving
[Steps]
Preheat oven 120degC.
In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt together.
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter and vanilla together. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, mix well until smooth.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan and lightly grease it with oil. drop small rounds of batter onto the pan.
Cook until both sides are golden, about 3mins in total. Transfer to a baking tray and keep warm in the oven. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Stack pancakes up. Use 3 pancakes for each stack and place bananas between each layer and on top. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
