[Ingredients]
3 large eggs
1tsp salt
1tbsp light soy sauce
Ground white pepper
300ml water
150g minced meat
1 salted egg yolk cut into small pieces
1 shelled century egg cut into small pieces
1 chopped spring onion
[Steps]
Beat eggs and stir in salt, soy sauce, pepper and water.
Add minced meat, salted egg yolk and century egg, ensuring that meat is not in clumps.
Pour mixture into a steaming dish and steam over rapidly boiling water for 12 to 15mins or until eggs are set and meat is cooked.
Remove from heat and serve hot with plain rice.
