Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

[Ingredients]

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tbsp light soy sauce

  • Ground white pepper

  • 300ml water

  • 150g minced meat

  • 1 salted egg yolk cut into small pieces

  • 1 shelled century egg cut into small pieces

  • 1 chopped spring onion

[Steps]

  1. Beat eggs and stir in salt, soy sauce, pepper and water.

  2. Add minced meat, salted egg yolk and century egg, ensuring that meat is not in clumps.

  3. Pour mixture into a steaming dish and steam over rapidly boiling water for 12 to 15mins or until eggs are set and meat is cooked.

  4. Remove from heat and serve hot with plain rice.
